Chapati. I would go back alone for the packaging! the fillings were ok. had two packings: one with tempo and aubergine (can not remember the names) was excellent. one with rocket and vegan cheese was not. needed much more taste, substance and cheese. I also have the brownie and keks. would recommend getting the cookie and warm it up!
Love eating here. it tastes amazing, and sits really good in my liking, so I feel full, but never hard or bloomed afterwards. usually order a long pack (hkd 100) cedar is my favorites. the flat brot (baker sauce) is great, always fresh and tasty ingredients, and perfect sauces to accompany the fillings. also enjoy the Burger combos like the reef and tundra burger. the vegan garlic mayo that accompanies the sweet potatoes is rally yummy! tried their latest special vegan cream brûlée! so smooth and creamy with the stunning crispy from the caramelized sugar on the top and taste of the banana and hazelnut. most items are vegan. it seems as if the only non-vegans were in vain and halloumi. hkd 100 feels expensive for a long package, but is filling and food so they don't regret it. my non-vegan man arranges them regularly from his own accord. love that they are eco-friendly, with plastic-free packaging (also the cups that look like they are made of plastic!) they join with their care program when they are frequently visited there! updated by the previous review on 2021-03-02
As always, the salat puffs are so well processed and I am pleasantly surprised by the maisfritters! the buffalo flower is probably one of my favorite pages in this city, periode. I finally got myself to try the curry – the tempeh was insane, and I inhaled the sourdough flat cake. special pleasure of the night- the brand new vegan cream brûlée! Coconut milk cutard was so nicely smooth without too kokos nuts. crunchy hazelnuts and dried banane was a nice note. all in all, fantastic. highly recommended.
Good location and cozy place! Food is quiet good and lots of selections I can’t say it’s very very good, but it’s more than average. Some was very good some wasn’t.
Mana cafe has been around for years. Bobby the owner originally owned two other vegan/ vegetarian cafe before mainly focusing on Mana. As far as I know he was partnered with chef Christopher, the owner of Treehouse. Hence their food has a lot of similarities, as Christopher was the one that probably came up with most of the menu, seasoning and recipes for wraps, salads and desserts. I don't think they are rivals but equally passionate about the cause of promoting vegan food. Coming back to the food, treehouse has wraps, burgers, salads and desserts but thats where the similarities ends. There are salad with rice bowls, with fermented kimchi, pickles, and other health superfood ingredients thats why Treehouse is slightly pricier and also tastes better than Mana as well. After all the owner is a well trained French chef. For more upmarket vegan with a few vegetarian options cafe experience go to Treehouse. Also notable they have digit kiosk for fast no human no queue ordering in cafe or on their website as well.

I adore this restaurant. It has a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere. The food is incredibly fresh and focuses on vegetables. I particularly liked their Pine flatbread with vegan labneh. My husband loved the Orchid flatbread. Make sure to try their vegan creme brulee - it's a must!
We ordered a pizza and a wrap. The pizza was not too hot when served, but the taste was good, so did the wrap. Sweet potato fries is a must that I have to order every time I come here. The fried were thick, crispy outside and soft inside. The fries came with vegan mayo which was super good.
This restaurant offers a Western-style healthy salad bar with both dine-in and takeout options. It is the perfect place to enjoy a meal alone with a good book or to casually dine with friends.
Nice spot. Nutritious ‘fast food’, not super tasty but filling! Quite expensive. Food is served on biodegradable plates/bowls, even for dining in (eco friendly?! . The juices are amazing!! Updated from previous review on 2023-01-02
Love the food here. It tastes amazing, and sits really well in my stomach so I feel full but never heavy or bloated afterwards. Usually order a long wrap (HKD 100) Cedar is my favourite one. The flat bread (vegan sourdough) is great, always fresh and tasty ingredients, and perfect sauces to accompany the fillings. Also really enjoy the burger combos like the Reef and Tundra burgers. The vegan garlic mayo that accompanies the sweet potato fries is rly yummy! Tried their latest special vegan creme brûlée! Loved it So smooth and creamy with the stunning crunch from the caramelised sugar on top and taste of the banana and hazelnut. Most items are vegan. It seems like the only non vegan ingredients are eggs and halloumi. HKD 100 does feel expensive for a long wrap, but is filling and nourishing, so you won't regret it. My non vegan husband orders them regularly of his own accord. Love that they are eco friendly, using plastic free packaging (even the cups that look like they are made out of plastic are made out of plants)! Join their loyalty program if you will visit there frequently! Updated from previous review on 2021 03 02
