When we have friends and family visiting us, we always take them to Crumps Landing. It has the best atmosphere and views of the Homosassa river. The food is excellent and so is the service. We just recently took our friends there from Illinois and they loved it. They were so impressed they wanted to go there every day that they were here. The location is fantastic!! If you're going there for a cocktail and an appetizer you should be good. Kind of hard to mess that up. However, this is the second time we have been there over the past 9-10 months for a meal, and both times I found the food to be overpriced and VERY UNDERWHELMING! In fact, the food is just bad. The restaurant features lovely open-air seating right by the water, offering stunning views. Its location directly across from the boat ramp makes it an excellent spot for people-watching. It's also very family-friendly, complete with a large pirate ship playground for the kids. While the food was enjoyable, I found it a bit overpriced. The crab cakes were delicious, but I questioned whether they were worth the $30 market price. Despite that, I can definitely see myself returning to this place when I’m in town.
This was the worst burger I've ever had. It resembled a hockey puck with so many cuts in it that it was completely lifeless. Plus, it took an hour to get to the table. What on earth?
This is a lovely spot with plenty to enjoy. There are fantastic live bands, entertaining activities for kids, delicious food, and great drinks! We tried the appetizer sampler, and everything was exceptional! The cucumber fennel salad was one of our sides, and it was my absolute favorite!
The food was great and it was nice to be able to let the kids play while you eat and catch up with friends.
We loved this place live music cold drinks open air. All around awesome time. Highly recommend if you in the area.
