I'm giving 5 stars because it's not like the store itself is bad. And it's my go to 7 eleven and I'll continue going to it. Today I went and witnessed something completely uncalled for. The owner (I'm assuming it's the owner) was YELLING at another employee who looked very upset and confused. Whether she did something or not, there was no excuse to yell at her in front of customers. Rude customer service and since when does that store stop doing cash app at 9:00 between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. okay when the other store down there by 98 does and the guy I had to get an attitude with me it's their job it's customer service and don't get an attitude with me .All I know is I will never step foot in that store again because the guy is so rude it's a guy with a longer hair yeah well he was rude and he... The RUDEST customer service, and on top of all that the one man just sits right out in the open on the phone on SPEAKER, awful. Yelled at us and SEARCHED through our bags over NAPKINS!! NAPKINS!! Awful customer service, awful prices, awful owners, awful people! -1/10

I'm not sure what she did but he kept saying this is not good for the business. Well you yelling at her right behind the counter in front of several customers, was not good for business. Treat your people with respect and bring them out back or in a secluded area and talk to them like a person.
The over night lady Vicki is super sweet, has a great attitude and always willing to help! Great job in finding a true gem in this customer representative!!
