Mcdonald's - Homosassa Springs

The computer that took my order was super friendly. I didn't see any humans other than the few customers in the lobby. Great atmosphere and experience ?

Good took over fifteen minutes to order, couldn't confirm my order

Even with a medical emergency in the store the staff were trying to get everyone who had already ordered served as fast as they could. I was in the the drive thru when it happened at the pick up window. I parked my truck and went inside to help.The person behind me should be ashamed of their self's for yelling at the staff. People let's be more understanding.

Ordered online to save time only to sit and wait forever to get to the window. I had to pull up because after waiting for my food for so long, they were giving us fresh fries, which was the only upside.

I ordered on the mobile app just one large order of fries at 7:58 p.m. at 8:10 p.m. they still hadn't came outside so I went inside and stood there.. there was four employees there the only one who saw me was the manager but even she did not speak to me directly.. she asked one of the young ladies behind the counter what is that woman doing standing here.. the young lady had just been looked at the TV screen where the orders come on as she printed it out by then it was 14 minutes for one large order of fries that I had not received yet once I finally got the bag I looked in those fries were old and dredged in oil so I asked another young lady to please make me some fresh Fries and there I stood another 5 minutes waiting for the same large order of fries that I had ordered 20 minutes prior the staff is not attentive the food was not fresh I only live one block from this McDonald's it was my first and my last time going in there
