Holly was a joy to work with during the coordinating process. She is genuine, cheerful and communicative. On the day of our wedding, the Happy Catering Company staff were lovely. They were right on top of everything and so sweet to us. We were very pleased with the food and the service and so glad that we had them cater our big day. OH MY GOODNESS!!!! I wish this place had a restaurant!!! I would be here at least 3 times a week!!! The only time I get to eat it is when it it catered to my job. This food I delicious!!! The fried chicken is HEAVENLY AND I MEAN HEAVENLY!!! Flavorful, juicy, seasoned to the T baby!!!! They must have Madear up in there with the bonnet on, house coat and house shoes on frying that chicken baby!!! The sides, salads, loaded mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese omg EVERYTHING even down to the dang on sweet tea is GREAT!!!!!! I can 't say enough good things about this place and ohhhhh I almost forgot, the peach cobbler OMG is greatttt too!!!! Baaaaaby, this place has the right name Happy because trust me, once you taste it, baby it turns your sad or bad or ok day to a HAPPY day!!! These people can cook cook!!! Always consistent in the flavors, stays the same!!!! I love it!!!! LAWDDDDDD, THAT FRIED CHICKEN!!!!! What are yall putting in it!!! ??
Happy Catering Company catered my wedding and everything was spectacular!! Everyone has commented on how great the food was and on top of it the presentation of the food!! Happy Catering was also so easy to work with and so accommodating! We will be using Happy Catering Co. if we need catering services in the future because they are great!!
I was coming to Birmingham on business and was providing lunch to the group I was meeting with. I had never been to Birmingham. Someone suggested The Happy Catering Co. They were so helpful and made a daunting task incredibly easy. I even had a last minute change to the venue. They rolled with it, cause I guess that’s what you do in Alabama ? but seriously, thank you for making my event a success. The food was delicious, the service impeccable. Many thanks from your out of town friend. ?
We used happy catering for our wedding in August and it turned out perfectly! Holly was super easy to work with and the food was excellent!

They had clear direction on when to feed us.They fed the guests before they fed the bride and groom, 15 of 20 tables worth of guests before the newlywed.They comp’d us for the plates that they failed to bring with money but this was so embarrassing for our wedding reception to run out of PLATES. How would this even happen!? The food was good.
