Mod Pizza - Homewood

Mod pizza is what it is, a decent quality, fresh, thin crust pizza cooked quickly. You pick a type of pizza, and walk down the assembly line with it, telling the employee what you want and don't want. It's cooked in a gas oven and served hot.This restaurant is in the main retail center for the area, and there is a lot to pick from. Living nearby and having made multiple trips to virtually every fast food place here over the years, what sets this place apart is the staff and service. Everyone here is (usually) in a good mood, and it reflects in the overall experience. A few of the chains here we've stopped going to, or visit other locations, because the staff is always miserable. Whatever the management does to facilitate this, keep doing it.

The pizza is undercooked with a hard and doughy texture. The staff always appears miserable whenever I come here. It seems like they don't value my money. Three times is already too much for me. I will not be returning again.

Ordered online and was met with an error screen saying my card info was wrong so I tried again then come to find out from a bank notification, I was charged both times, come to pick up and was told they never recieved the order I have transaction history and all nothing was done horrible experience! I was on lunch for work so had to get food anyways so it ended up costing me over $45 for a meal that should have been $15.31 a calexico mod pizza and drink, I'f I could give a 0 star review I would!

The food is consistently tasty and the service is consistently excellent.

Original thin crust is always crispy and delicious add some; pepperoni sausage bacon mushrooms green peppers pineapple ??‍?? ?
