Mc Alister's Deli - Homewood

The food is decent, but every time we order takeout or delivery from this specific McAlister's, we always encounter quality issues. For example, when we ordered the nacho plate, the chips seemed to be from the bottom of the bag and were too flimsy to dip with. Additionally, there were no jalapenos included.

This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The waitress with a bright complexion slammed my plate on the table and then rolled her eyes and walked off when I looked at her. When my friend asked to exchange her chips, she sighed and asked, "What do you want?" It was such a disappointing experience that I decided to drive to another location instead.

This restaurant is extremely disappointing! The floors appear to have not been cleaned in weeks. There are at least 15 tables covered in dirty dishes and trash. Customers are forced to bring their dirty dishes and trash to the front counter and clean their own tables in order to have a clean place to eat their meals. I understand that you may be short-staffed, but it is important to prioritize cleaning the tables before taking more orders. It is crucial to take the time at night to mop the floors. These are basic rules of running a business! The server who brought our food had a terrible attitude and when asked about it, she claimed to be too busy to help with the dining room. This is completely unacceptable.

This use to be my favorite place to eat at, but not no more. I noticed that my broccoli had a net in it. That just shows me that their kitchen is keep up the work to keep it clean. There employee pick which days they want have good customer service. I only gave two stars because I like their food.

Always fast and super nice. I had the Veggie and my coworker ordered the Sweet Chipotle Chicken!
