Kfc - Homewood

The two-piece meal at this restaurant was not worth the money. The chicken was extremely fatty and overcooked, while the potatoes were bland with hardly any gravy. It was not worth it for the amount of fat on the chicken. The dessert ended up in the trash. What happened to this place? The food was decent but the customer service was excellent. I will not be returning. I am disappointed and want a refund.

This was the worst dining experience I have had in a long time. I give it a big 0. I ordered a Big Box Chicken at 8:45 pm on a Wednesday night. I requested two coleslaws, but the employee who included them in my order carelessly tossed them into the box. When I expressed my displeasure and asked to speak to the manager, I was informed that the young man handling my order was the manager. He defended their packing method, claiming it was standard procedure. This will definitely be my last visit to this KFC location. I left feeling dissatisfied and unimportant. I do not even toss my dog's food into his bowl. Overall, the customer service was subpar and lacking in respect.

The restaurant was not prepared in the afternoon and I had to wait a long time to receive my food. It seems like they need more staff. Additionally, the prices have increased but the service has not improved.

Terrible, disappointed. What happened, KFC no longer finger licking good Just picked up a Chicken Sandwich combo, sandwich dry, not made fresh as advertised, strawberry lemonade flavorless, mac cheese old, chicken pot pie was dry. These items were not fresh. Will not return. Did not get receipt or I would come back to get money back.

KFC not worth the price of food and the sides don't feed a family My opinion is they really have changed. They really have 5 star prices not worth the money.you will end up spending 50 dollars for B.S
