What Chicago Autos doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
I visited the restaurant today, September 6th, at 12:00 PM for my work lunch break. Unfortunately, I was disturbed by a group of loud teenage girls at a nearby table. Instead of enjoying my meal in peace, I found them laughing and gossiping about other guests in a very rude manner. Terrible experience, called store at least 8 x because I ran into some trouble with my order never got through once . Arrived at the store asking to speak w manager he was unapologetic , literally acted as a NPC character. I got no feed back , he didn’t care that his store was receiving calls and not answering. I could understand if they were busy but they were not and he left me feeling empty w no solution to my problem . As a manager myself his response was not qualified for his position. He didn’t want to give me references to reach out to I had to beg this man for information. I will not support this location again . Manger JOSH HOFL

First time at this location. The drive-through was packed, which is a good sign. I ordered frosty coffee and waffle fries. The coffee gave me an intensive stomach ache (that led me to think the coffee might have been old). The fries were undercooked and pale. Maybe they wanted to match the frosty coffee with snow white fries?
Crowded, but quick service and pretty through with your order both drive thru and walk-in. And open late 10pm,but not on Sundays.
