What Manfredi Caputo doesn't like about Balagio:
I have ordered Spaghetti Meatballs with baked cheese on the top many times in the restaurant! I thought my to go sack felt light when I picked it up! It was like 1/2 order of what you get in the restaurant!! Also charged $19.02 !! I called in about it the Girl apologized but never offered to make things right ! Eating is good a little high price for me waitress was not friendly we were a group that she acted as if we were a troubler. I don't like them all putting on a bill, including the tip they charge, so we have to sit there to find out what everyone owes, it takes to do all the time. therefore I will not be back
Very appealing atmosphere, service tops, menu excellent selection, drinks? exactly. all hot, delicious?. highly recommended.

Upon getting inside the restaurant, the hosts and staff continue their accommodation by directing us to our table and detailing all menu options as well as directing us to the areas of the table upon which food was being placed! We had the opportunity to meet the owners Mark and Mindy and can be more excited to have this experience with them! Highly recommend and we will return!
