Very good food for a Pollo Tropical like usual but the atmosphere was very loud. It was like eating lunch at a construction site. And the Cuban Ladies screaming at each other back and forth but not about the orders like life oriented stuff. And yelling at this one poor employee they just started on a Friday Lunch. If you like waiting then this is the place for you! I ordered online for pickup at 5:35pm and I didn't leave until 6:25 because they deleted my order from their queue then decided to argue with me saying that I had just entered the store and wasn't waiting at the pickup location for 40 minutes. Bad attention, long delay, dessert 4 milks (frozen)
30 minutes in the drive-through waiting for the driest piece of chicken, that is not even what I ordered. It came with the smallest amount of dry rice and and my fried Yucca looks like it has been fried, refried, under fried, over fried. I don't even know what all this black stuff on it is, just gross. Avoid the Homestead Location at all costs.

Unbelievable with all money Pollo Tropical makes every day, they have a order taker that look like from a 3rd world country. No respect to the clients at all.
