Mcdonald's - Homestead

The service is good. The burger and chicken sandwich I bought was cold. They're not fresh on site. It's a good place to eat. I had better food qualities at other McDonald's.

I was in this McDonalds enough time (morning, afternoon and night) to write it is one of the best in terms of consistency. Say what you're talking about the franchise as a whole, but this facility has always delivered consistency every time I visited. French frits are always hot enough, salty enough and crisp enough. You have coffee at any time. The breakfast biscuit is always crispy. The burgers always have enough dressing (no overwhelming the protein). Drive thru lines may seem long, but they give the food quickly. Great PLUS: serve breakfast until 11:00.

Bought my son a happy meal and myself a drink. Inside his box was a sandwich and a toy, no fries or apples. When I came back it took 40 minutes to get two apples and a fry. The service was terrible.

I still don't know why the coffe is not the same in all McDonalds . In this particular restaurant the coffee taste extremely horrible. It just taste like water cream and sugar. This is the second time here and i don't think I'm coming back, at least for coffe. I suggest that the manager taste it before selling to the public. That's the only way to understand

We placed a mobile order and it took over an hour to get our drinks. We got our food pretty quick and the manager helped us when needed but when waiting for the drinks, Jennifer and Amyaa constantly gave attitude and would ignore us. When we asked about our drinks (coffee, water, and an orange juice) we were met with rolled eyes and and they walked to the back to not be seen for another 5 minutes with no drinks and just stand around. The manager noticed we were waiting and told them 3 times to get our drinks while he himself is working on bagging stuff and still no drinks. We flagged down the manager and finally one of the girls brought us an incomplete order, and the coffee wasn’t filled to the top.
