The restaurant offers a larger selection of bread than sweets, and it's best to go in the morning if you're looking for bread. They use shared utensils, which can be a bit concerning regarding cleanliness. Occasionally, you might find bread that has frosting on it, which isn't very appealing.
This is undoubtedly the best bakery in Homestead. Everything is consistently fresh, and the staff always seems to be in a great mood.
I was flying a Drone around here, when I noticed la Patrona I went inside because smelled so good and yes the bread tasted amazing Highly recommended
The breads here are so good, I drive all the way from Broward down here to buy their conchas and you have to try the horchata.
Delicious fresh baked Mexican pastries conchas, maranitos. As a Tejana, I can say the pan dulce here is authentic. The cortaditos (small coffee) were delicious. Highly recommend this stop for travelers to/from the Florida Keys.
