I usually go to the Jimmy John's in Florida City because it's closer, but I've had enough of their rude and unfriendly service. Every time I walk in, I'm ignored, and after an issue with my order, I asked the manager, Thailine, for her name, but she refused to give it to me! Jimmy John's I'm just going to give them one star because they're not good on their food they're not good with their staff they give you less meat less cheese and I'm paying for a sub so I can get food so Jimmy John's just got to work on their service customers and everything like that I prefer going to somewhere else than Jimmy John's p View all feedback.
The customer service was excellent, and the subs were both delicious and fresh.

The staff there are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the portion sizes are great. I will definitely make the longer drive to enjoy that kind of customer service. I’m tired of the rudeness from the Florida City location and plan to reach out to corporate about my experience.
I was promised a refund that never came through. I'm done with this place.
Great sandwiches and delicious. the delivery is so much better and faster.
