Always a big fan of white castle , and despite the small amount of crew working , they do their best , my orders always correct and within a reasonable amount of time ... keep up the good View all feedback.
What Chris Pavlopoulos doesn't like about White Castle:
Went there on Oct 6th at 2am after a long flight. All of the lights were on but, when I pulled up to the drive thru, no one answered for 5 minutes straight. I called out several times and nothing. Pulled up to the window and nobody was there either. When I looked inside, I didn't see a single soul. No idea what was going on, but that was an awful experience and I 100% won't be coming back. I really love your sliders and your fish nibblers, but sadly I miss Tiffany and miss going there. I wish I could see you guys again. But last time I was there the service was good.
Horrible staff save for one kind young man (new) taking my order. I made a complaint to the managers and even called corporate to no avail. Door is locked for in store service. Wonder why that might be. This store
