Store was inside was closed when workers were still inside I called the store because my truck is too tall to go through drive through I get my coffee here every morning. When called I was talked rude to and was told that was a personal problem not surewhat the ladies name was View all feedback.
I found the store to be closed even though there were still workers inside. I called the store because my truck is too tall to use the drive-thru, and I usually get my coffee here every morning. When I called, I was spoken to rudely and told that it was a personal problem. I'm not sure what the lady's name was, but the experience was disappointing.
The service at the restaurant was extremely slow. It seems they prioritize drive-thru orders, as I watched 10 to 12 cars get served before my food was even prepared.
The staff making coffee in the evenings could use some training on how to prepare lattes; they shouldn't taste like bitter dirt.
Would have put 5 stars, but when you're paying 9 for a triple scoop, the bowl should be packed
The staff were all nice and my coffee was perfect. Fast service
