Culver's - Feedback

I absolutely love Culver's! Wendy's used to be my favorite, but they've fallen off my radar due to inconsistent food quality and service. What Octavia Kulas doesn't like about Culver's:
New restaurant experience. The floor was so sticky that it nearly pulled my shoe off. The male server was more focused on trying to look cool than attending to customers, and I had to ask for assistance twice. I ordered a burger with mustard and ketchup, but it seemed to have everyone else's toppings mixed in. They really need to rethink their advertising; it just doesn't match the reality of the place.
