despite different opinions from our well-known circle, we wanted to try the restaurant bauzers in the weserhotel schwager himself. the reception was accommodating. then 3 different baguettes were added with butter cream as an amuse-cook. the food we ordered was excellent and rich. also the service has rounded off with the friendly art the eating. we can recommend this restaurant View all feedback.
