The owner hosted a Croatian evening, and we had delicious, typically Croatian meat... read more Yesterday, we went to dinner with friends at the Gasthaus Euler in Holzheim. The owner hosted a Croatian evening, and we had delicious, typically Croatian meat dishes (the owner is Croatian). The food was good quality and great value, with portions that were filling enough to fill you up. The main courses, with the exception of the really large grilled platter, were all under €20, including sides (fries or rice) and salad. You could order ajvar, tzatziki, or onions at no extra charge. The waitress was also super nice and really quick. All in all, great – I highly recommend it!

We sat in the cozy beer garden and enjoyed an ice-cold beer and excellent... read more Yesterday we visited Gasthaus Euler for the first time – but definitely not the last! We sat in the cozy beer garden and enjoyed an ice-cold beer and excellent schnitzel. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the fresh, crispy side salad – absolutely delicious! The host was warm and attentive – exactly the kind of hospitality you'd hope for. Highly recommended.
