Uno Chicago Grill - Feedback

What User likes about Uno Chicago Grill:
This was our first time he moved to the Holyoke Mall on the upper level near JC Penney. People there are friendly and attentive. It's a little more expensive for what you get, probably because it's in the shopping center area, but its not forbiding costs. His American cuisine, but they put their own. The food is fine. Nice presentation. Solid salads. Really tasty tomato soup. The service is slow though. The margaritas need work. Oversalted rim (see photo) and extra tart mix. The kitchen is exposed to customers and exposes the holes in systems for this restaurant: Staff speaks rudely to management, customers can hear personal conversations of kitchen staff and kitchen staff doesn't move with any urgency or a plan....
