To be my first time in that town of Holyoke!!! I loved the food, the lady who served us was very good with her service. We arrived missing nothing to close everything, the food was very good!!! God bless her and her restaurant too I already have somewhere to go back to when I return to Holyoke View all feedback.
What Esther Torres doesn't like about La Isla:
Food is okay and just a bit on the salty side. Ordered the yucca with pernil, and it didn't do much to taste buds but ask for water after eating. Also had the rellenos de papa, and it was bland. Lady serving was sweet and kind. The place seems a bit abandoned with a section cut off and not cleaned up at all, almost like it's been forgotten. Delicious caribbean cuisine! Clean, great vibe, and super welcoming and generous staff! Try the Sorullos cornbread stick filled with cheese! delicious

Food was amazing, flavorful and big portions. The venue was bright and clean and the service from the women working there was above and beyond. When asking for plantains which they sold out of, their staff made a fresh order to go to accommodate. Highly recommend and will def be going back!
