We spent a night at the hotel and had dinner in the restaurant. We were very impressed by the friendly and highly efficient young staff. The welcome and service were excellent. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and offered great value. We were especially impressed by the icy and avocado breakfasts. The food was nice, but the service was very bad on this occasion. We had to wait until our food order was taken, and then we had to ask an employee for our beverage order. The staff never checked if we had enough drinks, but the Lord at the service asked us if our food is good. View all feedback.
Horrible experience! after we wait forever for the order to be taken, we have waited even longer for the food to arrive at the table in small portions
The food at this restaurant is great and they have a wide variety of options on the menu. Definitely try their specialty dishes!
The food quality is excellent, however, the portion sizes are too large, particularly for the Sharing starter and the fish cake. We dislike the amount of food that goes to waste.
The service was good and the staff were friendly. We had made a reservation for 6pm and were served promptly. We brought along our two young children who were excited to color, but unfortunately there were no pens available despite the restaurant not being too busy. It may be a good idea for the restaurant to have more pens in stock. The food was very enjoyable with generous portion sizes, although the onion rings were a bit bland. Towards the middle of our meal, a large group was seated behind us and they were quite loud, making it difficult for us to have a conversation at our own table. This disrupted the atmosphere for us. Overall, I would still recommend this restaurant and would be willing to visit again.
I ordered a daily special from Red Mullet. This was basically unusable due to the amount of bone. I am insecure if this is a feature of Mullet or simply bad filling. Either way, that did not have a pleasant experience.
