As we wandered from the carpark archway, we were looking for somewhere for lunch.We asked a local lady and she said go to the King's Arms, I'm the cook, I'll be back there in a couple of minutes. We ordered a sandwich selection and pot of tea, which was delivered ion no time at all. Bit chilly outside, so the fire was going to keep us cosy. Would certainly recommend this place. very clean, excellent eating, very friendly staff very pleasant stay.
My daughter and I have booked 3 nights and from start to finish everything was perfect. room immaculately clean, bathroom and shower well equipped. the breakfast was beautiful and large tassen tee and coffee. nothing was too much annoyed and ashley and jill are. a nice couple. if they stay in holsworthy here and they won't regret it.
My wife and I called in on the off chance for an evening meal on Tuesday 28th September 2021 I order the Fish and Chips with mushey peas my wife ordered the chicken burger with chips and salad. The meals were beautiful presented and...the portions were ample. My fish and chips were lovely and crisp and dry with no dripping fat, very fresh and cooked to perfection, my wife’s meal was very tasty and she would also recommend the food here. If you are close by call in, you won’t be disappointed. Martin Sue
