Eat Here - Holmes Beach

I ordered the French onion soup, which was amazing, and the smaller portion of the lobster and shrimp tacos, which were simply the best I’ve ever tasted. The delightful recipe worked in perfect harmony. My partner chose the grilled cheese, which turned out to be anything but ordinary. It was the most delicious and well-prepared grilled cheese I've ever had. They also tried the shrimp and lobster tacos, and they loved them so much that we had to come back again before leaving the island. Two days later, we returned and I took Shaun's suggestion for the special, which featured a beautifully flaky white fish accompanied by a to-die-for sun-dried tomato pesto. My partner had the shrimp with mashed potatoes, and the shrimp tasted so fresh that you could really appreciate the flavor of the sea! We concluded each night with their homemade key lime pie—a perfect ending to our meals. If you have the chance, make sure to eat here!

I was thoroughly impressed by Eat Here. The menu and quality of the food was surprising considering the appearance of the signage from the road which suggests a more casual restaurant, but that's not a complaint. Our party was seated outside, severed drinks quickly and ordered a few starters, which were all delicious. The gulf shrimp entree was exceptional. The shrimp were huge and the sauce they were served with was so good I had to ask for more bread to make sure I didn't leave any behind. Eat Here is a great spot for a moderately upscale meal that will not disappoint and I highly recommend trying it if you're on Anna Maria Island!

The menu offers a wonderfully creative and eclectic selection of dishes. They have an excellent variety of wines and beers, including local craft brews. The restaurant tends to get quite crowded, so it’s wise to make reservations in advance. The service is friendly and welcoming, contributing to an overall positive dining experience. I highly recommend this place!

This restaurant is small with bistro casual vibe. The food was delicious and generous portions. We had the filet and the ribs. Servers are helpful, attentive and friendly. Gourmet food prepared in a more informal location. We will be back soon.

This lovely little restaurant boasts a fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. I tried the blackened shrimp fish taco, and it was incredibly fresh and flavorful.
