Picked up my online order no other customers in store was not greeted, told them I had an online order and they pointed to a rack for me to find it. Ok whatever! I get home and the pizza was pathetic!! They seem to be smaller every time I order (med sz) plus I ordered sausage/ pepperoni and the sausage was nothing more than a few crumbs! I ordered a pizza to bake at home as instructed, but a large bubble formed in the center, pushing all the toppings to the edges. When I called to report the problem, they simply said, "There’s nothing we can do for you." I recommend they learn about what causes pizza bubbles. Customer service is vital in any business, and owners should support their products. Unfortunately, they showed no care—it’s just a pizza to them.
The $24 pizza I ordered didn’t live up to the price. The crust was too thin, and there weren’t many toppings. I’ll probably just go with frozen pizza next time.
The pizzas at Papa Murphy's are amazing! I truly wish they would open a location in Trempealeau County so I wouldn’t have to drive 35 minutes to an hour just to enjoy their tasty pies.
I love the take-and-bake pizza! It's always fresh and tastes so much better than frozen pizza. I highly recommend it!
