Turning Point Of Holmdel

I often come here with my family. For the most part we enjoy our experience here. However, the service is not always the best and we had some problems with the cleanliness of tables and utensils. The service needs some improvement, and the quality of the food is sometimes uneven. Nevertheless, we like to come here.

The place is really nice, I like the atmosphere. The food was mediocre. I ordered a simple traditional breakfast. The eggs were so fat! And the potatoes were hard and tasteless. The muffin had a lot of butter on it that I didn't want or know that it would be served so much dear butter on the side, so I can put the amount I like on my muffin. I wasn't impressed.

What happened?! I was with friends for lunch today, and it was a disaster. I know personnel problems are everywhere, but that was bad. The first thing our waitress asked us was? Who's here first? (To a table near us) as she did not know who first asked for her order. Inappropriate. No greeting, no Hello, etc. It was quite unpleasant. The restaurant was barely filled as there were many open tables. Our table had no tables, neither cutlery nor water/glass as they usually have. So when she approached us again, we asked for water, and she went without our drink order and returned without water or cutlery! When she finally took our drinks orders, she forgot the water and we had another request for cutlery. It was just bizarre. I have eaten so often over the years and I? ve saw the decline in food quality and service, but I have never seen it like that. A friend also used the toilet room and said it was an absolute mess.? I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm sure I'm not going to return to this place. The food was fine, but not good enough to make everything else.

I?ve visited the other Turning Point locations and this is as big as the others! There is in any case consistency in all turning points so far (except one). Holmdel waiter (I don't remember his name, but he was tall, light hair maybe Josh? He was very attentive, friendly and friendly. He updated us during our experience there and seemed to enjoy his job. Energy is contagious, so in any case a positive sign on the experience. Thank you. Focus! My friend enjoyed her meal I believe it was Tuscan eggs. I ordered the cuban sandwich and when I went to bite into one half of the sandwich, it appeared that there was no turkey or ham. All I saw was bread. I opened up the sandwich and it had half a pickle and one tiny piece of ham. I pick up the other half and it had one slice of a pickle, one thin slice of ham and one thin slice of turkey. I've been here three times and it's been a miss since the first visit. Every time I come , I come with an open mind hoping for a better meal than the previous. It has yet to happen. Maybe I'll just stick to their breakfast foods which all look amazing but I have yet to try.
