It quickly became my go-to spot every day. However, after returning from a business trip in September, I found the coffee quality to be inconsistent. Despite always tipping the friendly baristas, today’s hot mocha with soy milk tasted more like plain hot chocolate diluted with water, which was disappointing—especially considering it cost $5-6. I hope Rook Coffee can improve its menu items to match the great experience I had before.

After being away for a few months on a business trip, I returned in September and found that the quality of the coffee has been inconsistent. I always leave a tip for the wonderful baristas, but today I ordered a hot mocha with soy milk, and it tasted like plain hot chocolate mixed with water. I was really disappointed, especially considering it costs $5-6.
