Huge slice of mozzarella and fresh tomatoes, but really lacking in basil and vinegar. Bread was just ok. I 'll have to be back to try a different sandwich, like the eggplant parm, or a salad.

Usually they're on point and everything comes out quickly and correct. Today, however, it took 40 minutes for me to realize my sandwich wasn't going to come out. I asked the gentleman at the register why I got the email 10 minutes prior that my order was ready if nothing is coming out. He apologized and checked in the back.What had happened was the guy in the back didn't make the order but deleted the ticket anyway. Accidents happen, right?When I finally got my sandwich and got back to my desk it seemed like it was assembled by a child. Dry grilled chicken strips were placed on top of the lettuce sandwich with the dressing at the bottom. If the chicken is on the top, and dry to boot, why is the sauce in a different bite? Just doesn't make any sense.Normally this is not how they operate, which is why they got 2 stars rather than 1. I'm left with a dinner roll and a half's worth of bread, I'm still hungry, and I wasted my entire lunch break because someone decided they didn't want to make my sandwich.
