Today?s date is 7-20-18 at 10:25am. My brother and I just ate at this subway and both couldn?t believe, how clean it was, how fresh and great the food looked, how nicely the bread looked, and how great the sub was made. This is by far the best experience we?ve both had at any subway restraunts. The lady who made the sub definitely cared about the presentation and taste of the food. I ordered food at about 12:30 on 09/13/2018. When I arrived, an employee already cried to a customer from the cash register. I placed an order around 12:30 PM on September 13, 2018. When I arrived, I noticed an employee in tears while dealing with a customer at the cash register. I chose to remain understanding, as I know how challenging customer service can be. I was polite and tried to speak clearly so the staff could hear me despite the loud fans in the restaurant. However, in the middle of processing my payment, the employee took a personal phone call. Rather than handing me my receipt, she crumpled it up and tossed it on the table. If this is the level of professionalism at your establishment, it may be tough for you to advance in your career.
I've visited this restaurant four times, and each time, the staff has had a poor attitude. It often feels like they are doing us customers a favor. The customer service is very lacking. Everything else is decent, though.
The bald guy is one of the best employees at the restaurant. He's incredible—quick at making subs and provides excellent customer service!
Very rude staff. Better buy something from Walmart or go somewhere else.
