What User doesn't like about Ruta Caracas Bistro:
Definitely try the pepito at this restaurant. However, in the past, my sandwich was filled with toppings, but today it was missing some sauces and half of it was just bread. I was not completely satisfied with my experience this time. Also, my sandwich was $12.99 instead of $9.99. The bathrooms were in poor condition, the music was too loud, and the service was slow. The place could use some tlc. Overall, it was just okay.
The food was very delicious, with a delightful empanada as the highlight. The dessert that came after was indulgent and fantastic!

All food was cold. waited well over 45 min for food. always out of drinks. service was awful. shakes were mediocre. wouldn't recommend
Service was the slowest, food was cold and not what we ordered at all. would not recommend this place at all.
