What K “Lady Boss” C doesn't like about Pollo Tropical:
I used to work there. That place is disgusting. The General Managers is just as nasty as the place failed inspections, roaches running around the floor soda machine under counters etc...... As an assistant manager, I was underpaid and overworked. There was no accountability for employees. I won't spend my money in any of the Pollo Tropical I rather go to Chiptoles instead. Food was cold service was slow, it was my first and last time going there.
I took a tropical chicken, and I liked the flavor, the service was fast.
I spent an hour waiting for an order. very slow service. there is no parking available.
The chicken you serve at night is total rubbish, half chicken looking like I came to beg for food, this is the 3rd time I am buying food at 10/11pm and the half chicken I order for is trash, the chicken you sell in the afternoon are better but for night are all junk of trash,
