What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
The hot and ready pizza is not always available when promised. Unfortunately, the staff's customer service leaves much to be desired; they tend to talk excessively, including using profanity, about their personal lives within earshot of customers. Order and pays for thin crust cheese pizza really app. On arrival it was said 20 minutes later that no thin cross was available and they tried to give me a regular. The IT department must fix the problem so that number one is properly updated the current availability of the product and it must be a way for the storage to advise the customer via the app or by phone. No effort to take it, take it or leave it.
This place is amazing, crazy good vibes, employees are running around happy. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious. This place is jamming jumping, music on, creating a more easier time while you wait for your food. The traffic at this Little Caesars is a lot, so you know the food is made with fresh tasty toppings! And the new stuffed crazy bread with cheese is most definitely worth the wait!!! I will be returning, it makes you feel good to see happy employees prepping and baking, for the most tastiest food!!!! ? and price wise, it is a lot of food for a very convenient affordable treat!!? ?
Customer service sucks.. they put wayyyyy too much grease in the pans. I ask the assistant manager if he could make another Italian cheese bread because the one receive originally is wayyyyy to greasy. He then told me it will be the same. I said okay is there a way for you not to transfer the oil in the box he told me no.. I pretty sure there a cutting board where he didn?t have to put in the box. This is sad because I always get this bread for little Caesar?s and I?ve never had This much amount of grease at the bottom of my box
RUDE RUDE YOUNG staff unprofessional snatches money out of hand tells you what you can and can?t order. No face mask on any staff extremely un sanitary. Reused to make cheesie bread but make pizza of his chosen only because he wanted to start closing and hour early. Horrible reporting to city as well!
The plaza along Federal Highway is going through a whole remodel. The only stores that managed to stick around is Dollar General and Little Caesars, which moved into a new building in the plaza. I stopped at this location after work to get a cheese pepperoni pizza for myself and my kids. The location was small, yet clean and organized. Thankfully I didn't have to wait for the pizzas.
