The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. I placed an online order for curbside pickup and waited outside the entrance. I called multiple times without any response. With my two young children in the car, I eventually had to go inside and found only two employees sitting at the front desk, ignoring the phone calls. I went to this restaurant about two weeks ago at night, and it was apparent that the only waitress working was under the influence of drugs.
I am slightly let down by my experience. I placed an order for delivery and paid extra for additional items, but they were not included in my meals. When I tried calling the restaurant, I only reached voicemail and no one was able to assist me. The food we did receive was delicious and the delivery arrived within a reasonable timeframe. This issue could easily be resolved if someone was available to help.
Robin is one of the best servers I have ever had. She is friendly and always serves the food hot. I will definitely be returning.
My experience started of a little shaky but it turned out great brian was very pleasant and upbet feom the beginning after a long shift. Bernadette was very apologetic and took responsibility when my concern was brought up. I would definitely visit again.
Food was excellent and service like the one received from Robyn always makes you wanna come back. Love this place.
