A solid 4 star experience. I feel like there aren't many pubs like this around anymore. The food is what makes the Beergarden special, and then the staff who are friendly and chatty and helpful. Food is just SO good. Perfect roast dinners. None of the dishes are fancy but the menu has a good range to choose from and everything is tasty. Good for families and occasions. Prices are what you'd expect and portion size are big so value for money is solid Parking: Be prepared to park in and around the area. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space inside. Families with kids come here a lot and the place is busy enough so that noisy kids don't stand out for the wrong reasons. Wheelchair accessibility: Space is tight enough for wheelchair users and you'd probably need to visit with somebody to help hold the narrow doors open.
