Some of the staff are lovely. There doesn’t seem to be much management here at all. Why is there always one person working at a time, I’ve never seen this in any other subway? Even though I get the same sandwich with the same bread and fillings each time I somehow get charged something different every time. Some of the staff be out the front smoking and spitting and their rubbish is always everywhere Sometimes you go in and they don’t even have bread. What’s the point in a sandwich shop being open if you don’t have any bread to provide ? Also toaster has been broken and they don’t seem to be doing anything about that. Im all for hiring people from different nationalities but I went in one day and the guy didn’t know what cheese was. In a sandwich shop, had to point it out to him in the end which is fine but a bit awkward I went in one day and the staff member had earphones in. He kept asking me to repeat myself to the point I told him maybe he could hear me better if he took out his earphones. As I said, no management in place so what’s to stop them doing what they please I’ve just been turned off this place completely, gave it loads of chances but would rather pay extra for delivery from one of the town branches than go back in there at this point I don’t blame the staff I blame the owner for owning a branch they clearly don’t seem to look after
