Ordered from here many times and it is usually very nice however I have had two very bad experiences here. 1. I went to collect my order and staff tried to tell me that my boyfriend had already collected my order (How would they even know my boyfriend) and I was so embarrassed as they were accusing me of trying to collect my order twice in front of many customers. 2.
