Wendy's - Holly

I usually love Wendy's, but this particular location was a disappointment. I don't plan on making a special trip back here. The service was strange - when I checked my order, I realized I was missing items. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they seemed unfazed and only returned with one missing item at a time. The atmosphere was loud and chaotic, and overall it was a disappointing experience.

This restaurant provided terrible service! I ordered 2 Baconators with fries and 2 chocolate Frostys. Both burgers only had the bun and meat, with no toppings or condiments. The meat looked uneven and gray, as if it had been dropped on the floor. The Frostys were supposed to be chocolate, but they were actually vanilla and very messy. They were overflowing with vanilla Frosty and I had to clean up a lot. They need to replace the staff and hire more employees who care at least a little bit. I will never order from this restaurant again.

Looove her eating and the personal is amazing, there is only a lot of time when I go there they don't have what I want, the menu / speaker / sound system is broke, and can sometimes be a little slow.

The terrible service is extremely underoccupied and since over a year. ordered food from doordash reveiveed less than half of it when I stood next to the driver, they told me that the driver stole my food. never again

The place needs professional support. Corporate support!! Absolutely horrible service. And the food... Oh geez, we could not even eat it! Never going back.
