Worth going to see this step back in time. Skip anything with dough, chicken, beef or onion soup. Looks goods, tastes bland, tough or mushy. No to the Caesar, yes to the wedge salad. Very slow service. Has issues. Could be so much more. Needs refining and better quality ingredients. Will try again in future, but know now what to stay away from. Will try fish dish next time. We went to the Holly Hotel for a birthday celebration for my Dad and brother. Everything about this evening was terrific. The service, cocktails, food and ambiance. It was a wonderful and memorable gathering in a very special place. I am excited to go back to visit the comedy club and try another dinner item from the menu!
Service was timely and friendly. Wines were affordable. The food has been outstanding every time we have been there.
Best coffee around! Service was outstanding, very attentive.
What a perfect way to unwind on a very busy Thursday evening. We made reservations via Open Table an hour before and when we arrived at the Holly Hotel our table was waiting. We opted to sit in the bar for a few minutes as the walls were filled with vintage art work and the candles lit on the bar seemed so inviting...the music circa: 1920's and the bartender was delightfully helpful and served us a perfect manhattan and vodka martini. ORDER THE BAKED BRIE!!!! We were seated near a stain glass window at a table with white linen and fresh alstroemeria. Ever entre was served on a different piece of miss matched vintage china with eclectic artistry. Our waiter was invisible in a good way, as our conversation was never interrupted. It truly felt like we stepped back in time and was one of the best dining experiences in ages
Our waiter forgot to turn in our order and let us sit there more than an hour before finding out her mistake. We talked to the manager and she got our order in about 20 minutes. I ordered duck that was undercooked my wife ordered steak medallions that were tasteless and overcooked. We used to eat there several years ago and it was very good but not this time.
