ANTHONY... the manager, is worth the visit!! Unsurpassed service!! Best pizza!!!!!

Below average Italian food. Very disappointed in quality.

I hate giving out bad reviews. I truly do : but this place kinda deserves it and takes the cake for the worst Bertucci’s I ever been too. Me and my family were picking up items and we were claiming the Summer deal where you order any pizza with a cheese pizza including two salads. One of my family members walked in and used a coupon to purchase the items. The waitress taking the pickup order was rude about it claiming that you can’t purchase the deal with another coupon. My family member did not know about this and was asking politely why we couldn’t apply the coupon to the deal for a specific answer as the waitress got angry and slammed her pen, yelling “you know what? It’s the end of the day. I’m calling the manager”. The manager did come over and he explained nicely. But the waitress honestly could’ve been more nice about it, in fact, that was not good customer service at all. I understand that work can be tiring and she didn’t deserve to feel that way, but at the same time she could’ve been more patient about it. This use to be my favorite location, but now I don’t feel welcome to come in pickup my order, or even sit down at this place anymore : the waitress was very scary.

Ordered takeout and waited over an hour for a salad and rolls!!

I don’t know what’s going on with this place! I always go there with my family and have a good time but our last 2 visits there for celebrating a special date I have been very disappointed. The food did not come to the table on time like if you order starters they bring all the food together then when we have our dinner it was cold. I am really disappointed because their food always has been very good and good quality. I suggest they should do a better job training the wait staff so the clients will be happy.
