Best Chinese food I have ever had. Coming from San Jose, I have been soiled with a variety of Chinese food restaurants. This place in Hollister beats all of them! The wonton soup was perfect, the beef chow mein was fresh and hot. The noodles had a grilled seared flavor. I never had anything like it. The Mongolian beef was perfect. I absolutely adore this family-owned restaurant and appreciate that they are open on Mondays, unlike other Chinese restaurants in the area.
