When I asked her to either wash her h... read more I've observed multiple times that the cashier handles cash and then goes directly to serve food without washing her hands. When I asked her to either wash her hands or wear gloves, she seemed annoyed but eventually complied. It seems like this cashier works full-time since she's always there. I'm quite disappointed with her customer service, and I believe she needs to put in more effort for the customers. Not to mention, there are always flies buzzing around the food area! Overall, the attitude and customer service here are very unprofessional and unsatisfactory!

I saw her rudely... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, mainly because of the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Marquita Crawford. I saw her rudely refuse a customer who wanted to submit his lottery ticket. Her attitude was so unpleasant that I chose to leave the restaurant. I was shocked that she didn’t even offer to help by running the ticket through the machine, but instead, she dismissed him and directed him to another location. This entire situation was unacceptable, and I left feeling truly appalled.
