Mountain City Chinese - Holladay

The restaurant has a tranquil ambiance, with a clean and quiet setting. There are several televisions playing stereotypical Chinese scenes, such as rice planting and bamboo forests. While the food is average, the portions are generous and offered at a very affordable price. We particularly enjoyed the more savory dishes, although the lemon chicken was not to our liking. The affordability of the menu makes it worth returning multiple times to explore and find a dish that truly stands out.

I have been searching for a good Chinese food restaurant since my favorite one nearby closed. I was recommended to try Mountain City, and I am so glad I did. The food was delicious with generous portions and the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning.

My fiancé and I absolutely love this place! The staff are always so friendly and I feel like they really care about their customers. We have done both dine-in and take-out services. Each time the food has always been fresh and you get a good amount of food for your buck! I can't recommend Mountain City enough!
