Haute Burgers Fries - Holladay

Stopped by this new food truck today for lunch and it was ah mazing! On first glance, the price point may make you pause but, I quickly got over that because these burgers rivaled any great burger I have had in a restaurant and paid more for. The price includes the 1/2 pound gourmet burger and your choice of three types of fries with sauce. We tried four burgers the Haute, All American, Redheaded and Burrata and loved them all. The white cheddar and candied bacon on the Haute was out of this world. The basil and burrata was a great combo. The fries were plentiful and delicious. The excellent service was also worth noting. The gentleman who took our orders was knowledgeable, friendly and provided excellent service. Oh, and don't forget the drink options over 20 different choices. Now, I love a lobster roll at Soho, but, pay more and am done in a few bites craving more. I need to now split a lobster roll and a Haute Burger with someone and it would be the perfect meal. These burgers are hearty, creative and delicious and definitely full you up. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I ordered a burger with Blue Cheese at the Holladay food truck location and I was so excited to try it. I got it to go and when I got home, I took one bite and had to throw it away because it was raw. Talk about disappointed. Ma daughter and grandson had Thai food and loved it.

It was ok. I was definitely expecting more. The food should speak for itself, and not need the pitch about how the cook attended cordon bleu. If he is a good cook I should just know because the food is so good however it was not.

I don 't normally leave Yelp reviews, but I just finished eating at Haute Burgers, and it was like a religious experience. So many synapses firing. I was grinning the whole time I was eating, and I finished my whole 1/2 pound burger (which I almost never do). Legit the best burger I have eaten in my life. I 'm not prone to exaggerating either I 'm an annoyingly literal person so understand that I mean what I am saying when I repeat: This was the best burger I have ever eaten ... in my entire life! I got the Big Haute with no modifications and it was AMAZING. Wife got the garlic parmesan fries and I had sweet potato. Both were perfect, delicious, and decadent. I ate too much probably, but I felt compelled to do so because I could not imagine a crumb going to waste. Just delicious. Evidently they are new (I didn 't know this since my wife brought me here after reading good reviews elsewhere), but I imagine Haute Burgers will be getting a ton of business because...wow. Just wow. Also the older gentleman, Mark, who was helping guests (this is a food truck at Soho Park) was the kindest, friendliest, most helpful support staff ever. The whole experience was just about the best meal I 've ever had from start to finish. Thank you for that. I 'll now be raving about this to all my friends and family and bringing them here the first chance I get. Simply wonderful.
