Great food, great nuance, and great service. Definitely going back here again.
The copper kitchen is a nice restaurant with a higher end. We have the Steak Frites and Meatloaf and it was really good. The steak is small and pricy because it is wagyu meat. It's really delicious. The atmosphere is fantastic. You have the kitchen completely open so you can observe how to prepare food that is unique and fun.
This is a great place for really good quality gourmet food at a very reasonable price. It deserves slightly 4.9 or 5 stars, not the 4.2 stars reflected. The dishes are creative, very good and very tasteful! It was obvious that her kitchen staff was very well trained. The Halibut and Panna Cotta I had just been the best quality and most tasteful I ever had! My wife's duck was cooked for perfection. Most places overcook duck, leave it very chewy and dry. Her duck was moderately cooked, was soft, moist and had a very tasty crispy skin. The location at the foot of the Olympus, with live jazz in the Plaza next door and terrace seat was absolutely perfect! Anyone who has left reviews that food is expensive is obviously not used to gourmet food. This place is 2/3 the cost of most gourmet restaurants in the city. You can just pay a lot more in a very mediocre place like Texas Roadhouse. The service was somewhat slow and inconspicuous, but we were one of only a few people on the terrace on a very cool late summer evening. Nevertheless, the waiting staff was very nice. We'll be back soon.
Classic place with a light atmosphere. I'm here for brunch. The food is delicious, the drinks are adventurous and the staff is pleasant. We had to wait a little longer than I expected for our food, but drinks and conversations stopped us.
Copper Kitchen is a really cool spot in Holladay. The vibe is really what makes it great I think. The food is pretty good, but I find myself preferring that of its sister restaurant, The Copper Onion downtown. Nevertheless, great addition to the area!
