This place is definitely my go to coffee shop! It’s so relaxing and the workers are awesome and friendly. Brynn helped me out and she was so kind and referred me her favorite drink and it was AMAZING she also helped me with information when I asked her about what some fun things to do here in Utah during the winter! It’s very hard to find caring generous people these days but brynn is definitely one of them I will be... View all feedback.
What Kris R doesn't like about Coffee And Cocoa:
Cold Brew Blended with Almond Milk Nothing special about this place. It has a nice cozy vibe but the service was very slow and there was just one person ahead of us so there wasn’t a huge line of orders. The pastries looked delish but other than that, I’d pass on this coffee shop. View all feedback.
Updated Review: I'm updating my review. A couple years ago this spot ran Starbucks out of the area with a good vibe, nice menu and an amazing owner and team. But in the last 12 months it's in decline on the service front. While there is always one or two good team members, it feels like they are always training someone new while being understaffed. Very good coffee and pastries. My wife had the avocado toast. She loved it. I had a hot sausage and cheese on a large croissant. It too was very tasty. Staff are very nice and personable too. Think we will be going back there tomorrow?
Never know what mood the employees will be in. Today they pulled faces when they were told they had a Canadian bagel sandwich and oatmeal to prepare. The food order took at least 20 minutes. When we got back the oatmeal was completely raw and dry! Called for a refund, hope they didn't lie about that. Will never return.
Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Had a Carmel Macchiato. Very tasty!
Cafe was a great place to work remote. Their drinks were good, and music wasn't too loud. However, the avocado toast I ordered came out unripe, drenched vinegar, and just outright nasty.
