We normally enjoy coming to this restaurant for drinks, but today was a disappointing experience. We pulled up to the drive-thru where there were two lanes, one of which was open. Despite waiting at the window, no one acknowledged us to take our order or payment. While waiting, we noticed our drinks sitting on the counter but no one came to give them to us.
