However, after waiting an hour, I called to check on my order and found out it hadn't even been made yet. I was quite disappointed with the customer service.

The pizza is excellent, and the delivery service is fantastic. However, I have one issue: the way they handle their military discount. It only applies to subs and entrees. When I inquired about it, I was told that it was because there are always pizza specials, which I found untrue. I even asked if they think military personnel don’t eat pizza. I just find this policy disappointing. I went there with my nephew, a retired Army veteran who has completed multiple tours in Iraq, and he was unable to get a military discount on pizza? I really hope they reconsider this policy because our service members deserve a discount on any food they order.
