Aliberto's Mexican Food - Holbrook

This restaurant had good food. Service was friendly and fast. At first look, there was food under the table we were seated at that previous customers had dropped. It would have been easy to take a broom and clean it up quickly before new guests came in. I ordered the taco salad. Asked for chicken, but got ground beef. I didn't say anything. I thought the salad was on the small side, but it had a good amount of protein, was seasoned well and was satisfying. My bf got the skirt steak and really enjoyed it. After the table was cleared, the check was brought over without asking us if we wanted dessert, which we did. We went up to the counter to let them know, and got dessert. Overall, food was good and we would eat here again.

We love going here. We try to get together with family once a month. The waitress is awesome and so polite. We love to see her. The food is awesome. We've had variety of dishes in the past and loved everyone. We're looking forward to celebrating my husband's 60th birthday there with family today. Thank you Sombrero family

Excellent excellent dinner! Delicious dinners had by all! We highly recommend! Awesome service we didn’t wait long for anything.

We’d been on the road for 12+ hours and were hungry and tired. With a hotel room reserved a few blocks away, we called ahead as we approached Holbrook. We consulted the menu shown on their website and ordered two Super Burritos to be picked up in about 15 minutes….internet menu showed (and is still showing) the price at $11.50 each. The bill was $32.00! I didn’t have it in me to argue with her as she’d been so very pleasant when I placed the order and again when I picked it up. The good news is that the burritos were worth the extra money…truly exceptional!

We tried this restaurant because of the good reviews but found it not to be nearly as good as others reported. I almost turned around and didn't go in because they have half scratched off Christmas decorations painted on their windows. Who does that?! The carpet was also very dirty which was a total turn off for me, but we were in Holbrook and there are few choices, so we stayed. Service was OK but the food was very average. It arrived promptly which was the best part of our experience. And we did not get sick from eating it! But we would never recommend this restaurant or go there again.
