The lady ringing us up was great. Little run down. I was not a huge fan of the cheese curds, but the bacon cheese burger and fries were very tasty. I would return if I was in the area.

The highlight of our visit, however, was the very pleasant service with a smile we got from Cindy, who was singlehandedly taking orders, cooking, drawing root beer and apologizing that she was working alone so it was slow. But she managed to get our order up pretty quickly, as well as all the other customers. Great fellow human.

I also got a couple of new glass cups. The vintage gas pumps are a nice touch and still function well. Overall, a great experience!

The day we stopped were out of everything: fries, onion rings, curds, cups. Only thing you could order was a burger by itself. Ownership/management eitherdoesn't care, or is unaware of how run down this location is.
