Enjoyed a sunday brunch here. Location and views are stunning. However the brunch buffet was of variying quality. But would definately go here again, as staff is nice and location second to none in Holbaek. There are no other Places locally that can match it on location and atmosphere! View all feedback.

Fredag aften med magisk udsigt over fjorden, en smukt dekoreret restaurant og varm velkomst fra det sødeste personale. 5 kreative og smagfulde retter på køkkenchefens anbefaling blev ledsaget af en god Sancerre og et par“åbne” glas rødvin… Alt gik op i en højere enhed og vi nød alt som aftenen bød. Blossom er bestemt et besøg værd vi kommer snart igen…
It took a long time before we got our food. Over 1 hour. And then it was not really warm.
Super delicious 3-rets menu. Friendly service. A quiet Monday night. Most eating were craftsmen away from home.
We guestd the place Wednesday night, where many restaurants had a special offer. We tried the new restaurant and it was a great success. Very nice food and very nice service. The room is set very nice condition, and the desire to come again we are completely with. Highly recommended!
